Its s snow day in, I actually had the day to do what I love
I didnt have to do the work of what others want of me
I have the day for myself.
Roads were closed, and everything was shut down.
The storm sounded scary but it wasnt.
Maybe we all deserved a day off.
Im happy I am one of those that took this time to enjoy my time at home.
As soon as we got news that the roads were open we see how people rushed out
Back on the grind
Im happy being at home in my little apt.
Staring outside my window admiring the sky
The beauty of silence as the town became still.
I am one with it and i hope others were there too.
